What's Included

Depending on the selected AMC package, services may include:

Scheduled preventive maintenance visits.
Equipment inspection and performance testing.
Cleaning and routine servicing.
Minor adjustments and troubleshooting.
Software or firmware updates (where applicable).
Priority technical support.
Maintenance reports after each service visit.
Recommendations for repair or replacement when necessary.

What's Not Included

Unless specifically mentioned in the AMC agreement, the following are not included:

Replacement parts and accessories.
Damage caused by accidents, fire, flooding, lightning, or power surges.
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Consumable items and batteries.
Major repairs requiring component replacement.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing safe access to the equipment.
Following operating instructions.
Reporting faults as soon as possible.
Maintaining a suitable operating environment.

Service Coverage

AMC services are provided according to the agreed contract period, service schedule, and service location. Emergency or additional visits outside the agreement may incur additional charges.

Contract Renewal

Customers may renew their AMC before the contract expires to continue receiving scheduled maintenance and priority support.
