Shoptech Return & Refund Policy

At Shoptech, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. In case your delivered product is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please follow our return and refund process as outlined below.

1. Return Request Timeline

  • For ShoptechMall items: Raise a return request within 14 days of delivery.

  • For non-ShoptechMall items: Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

For electronic appliances or mobile phones, issues after usage or beyond the return policy period may be covered under Seller or Brand Warranty. Refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

Some categories may allow a Change of Mind return. Please see category-specific rules below.

2. Valid Reasons to Return an Item

  • Delivered product is damaged (physically broken or destroyed) / defective (unable to switch on).

  • Delivered product is incomplete (missing items or accessories).

  • Delivered product is incorrect (wrong product, size, color, fake, or expired).

  • Delivered product does not match description or image.

  • Delivered product does not fit (size unsuitable).

    3. Returns Policy by Category

    Phones & Tablets

  • Items: Phones, Tablets, Batteries, Chargers, Earphones, Headsets, Accessories.

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Issued if item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

  • Note: No returns for used items. If a mobile phone is dead on arrival, return via Shoptech. Activated phones: contact seller or brand warranty provider.

  • Activation: SIM insertion or internet/Wi-Fi connection.

    Fashion

  • Items: Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories.

  • Change of Mind: Applicable only for ShoptechMall items shipped locally.

  • Refund: Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items will be refunded after assessment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact.

  • Bags, Eyewear, Jewellery, Watches, Women's Intimate Apparel, Men's Innerwear: Change of Mind not applicable.

  • Non-returnable: Custom-made items, Fine Jewellery (gold, diamonds, gems).

    Beauty & Health

  • Items: Makeup, Fragrance, Moisturizers, Creams, Scrubs, Oils, Bath & Body, Personal Care, Sexual Wellness, Shape Wear, Food Supplements.

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Based on Shoptech’s assessment.

  • Device issues after usage/return period: Check Seller or Brand Warranty.

  • Non-returnable: All types of Beauty Services.

    Appliances

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Based on Shoptech’s assessment.

  • Device issues after usage/return period: Check Seller or Brand Warranty.


Computing & Gaming

  • Items: Laptops, Refurbished Laptops, Components, Processors, Projectors, Storage, Printers, Scanners, Headphones, Speakers, Consoles, PC/Video Games, Software CDs.

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

  • Note: No returns for used items. For laptops with brand warranty, return accepted only if dead on arrival. After opening brand seal, contact seller or warranty provider.

  • Non-returnable: Software marked non-returnable.

    TVs, Audio & Cameras

  • Items: Televisions, Headphones, Speakers, Cameras, Drones, Lenses, Microphones, Musical Instruments, Portable Players, Accessories.

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Based on Shoptech assessment.

  • Device issues: Check Seller or Brand Warranty.

  • Non-returnable: Movies, TV series, Music vouchers/services.

    Home & Living

  • Items: Bedding, Bath, Furniture, Lighting, Kitchen, Dining, Home Décor, Home Improvement, Storage, Lawn & Garden.

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

  • Non-returnable: Custom-made items.

    Sports & Travel

  • Clothing, Apparel, Shoes, Sunglasses: Change of Mind applicable (ShoptechMall items only).

  • Bags, Luggage, Sports Gear: Change of Mind not applicable.

  • Overseas products: Refer to product page for return reasons.

  • Device issues: Check Seller or Brand Warranty.

    Baby, Toys & Kids

  • Clothing & Apparel: Change of Mind applicable (ShoptechMall only).

  • Toys, Baby Gear, Feeding: Change of Mind not applicable.

  • Device issues: Check Seller or Brand Warranty.

    Grocer’s Shop

  • Items: Bakery, Beverages, Dairy, Packaged Foods, Snacks, Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables.

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Damaged, expired, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

    Digital Goods

  • Non-returnable

    Other Categories

  • Books, Stationery, Pet Supplies, Automotive & Motorcycle Accessories, Medical & Industrial Equipment, Tools & DIY, Laundry & Cleaning.

  • Change of Mind: Not applicable.

  • Refund: Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete items.

  • Non-returnable: Vehicles, Installation Services, Custom-made items, and other specified categories.

    4. Refund Policy

    Issuance of Refunds

  • Refund processing time depends on refund type and payment method.

  • Refund period begins after Shoptech processes your refund.

  • Refund amount includes item price and shipping fee for returned products.

    Refund Types

  • Refund from Returns – Processed after successful return and QC check.

  • Refund from Cancelled Orders – Automatically triggered after cancellation.

  • Refunds from Failed Deliveries – Process starts once item returns to seller.

Refund Modes

  • Bank Deposit: Account must be active and correct.

  • Debit/Credit Card: If refund not reflected, contact your bank.

  • Mobile Wallet (bKash/Rocket/Nagad): Refunded to the same account used for payment.

  • Refund Voucher: Sent to registered Shoptech email; redeemable once per order.

    5. Conditions for Returns

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and flawless.

  • Must include original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.

  • Must be in original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with return shipping label intact.

  • Collect and fill the Shoptech Return Acknowledgement Form at the hub; keep a copy.

  • Include order number and return tracking number on the return package.
