Support Policy

At Shoptech, your satisfaction is our priority. Our Return and Refund Policy ensures a smooth and secure shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period starts:

  • From the date you received the Goods, or

  • When a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To cancel your order, you can inform us by:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order. No extra fees will be charged for reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Products must have been purchased in the last 14 days.

  2. Goods must be in original packaging.

  3. The following goods cannot be returned:

    • Customized or personalized items

    • Items that deteriorate quickly or are perishable

    • Items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

    • Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Valid Reasons to Return a Product

  • Delivered product is damaged or defective (cannot switch on, broken, or physically destroyed).

  • Delivered product is incorrect (wrong product, size, color, fake, or expired).

  • Delivered product is incomplete (missing items or accessories).

  • Product does not match description or pictures.

  • Product does not fit (size or dimensions unsuitable).

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Refund issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items only.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) devices can be returned. Activated devices must use seller/brand warranty.

Fashion (Clothing, Apparel, Shoes, Sunglasses)

  • Change of mind applicable for ShoptechMall items only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items qualify for refunds.

Beauty & Health Products

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items qualify for refunds.

  • Check Seller or Brand warranty for device-related issues.

Appliances & Electronics

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Refund issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

  • Check warranty for issues after usage or post return period.

Computing & Gaming

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Refund issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

  • Laptops: returns accepted if DOA only; opened devices covered under brand warranty.

  • Software products marked non-returnable cannot be returned.

TVs, Audio & Cameras

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Refund issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Home & Living

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Refund issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Sports & Travel, Baby, Toys & Kids, Grocer’s Shop, Digital Goods, Books & Stationery, Pet Supplies, Automotive, Medical Equipment, Tools & DIY, Laundry & Cleaning

  • Change of mind rules vary by category (refer to product page).

  • Refund issued for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or expired items.

    Refund Policy

    Issuance of Refunds:

  • Refund processing depends on refund type and payment method.

  • Refund covers item price + shipping fee for returned products.

Refund Types:

  1. Refund from returns – processed after warehouse receives the returned item and QC is completed.

  2. Refund from cancelled orders – automatically triggered once cancellation is confirmed.

  3. Refund from failed deliveries – processed once the item reaches the seller

    Return Instructions

  4. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, flawless. Fashion items can be tried for fit.

  5. Include original tags, warranty cards, manuals, freebies, accessories.

  6. Return in original manufacturer packaging, with Shoptech return label attached. Do not use tape/stickers on the box.

  7. Collect Shoptech Return Acknowledgement Form at our hub and keep a copy for your record.

Note: Always include the order number and return tracking number to avoid delays.
