Is the price mentioned subject to fluctuate depending on work scope?

The price mentioned are estimated and may vary depending on work scope, service/product availability etc.

Is Hardware cost included in the price mentioned?

No. All kinds of hardware cost is excluded in the price mentioned in this service.

Do you give Hardware Warranty?

No. We do not manufacture hardware by ourselves. So, the warranty differs as per manufacturer. However, we give you 7 days of free service warranty.

Can I buy my Laptop/Notebook Hardware by myself and ask your technician to use them?

Certainly. You can buy necessary and required hardware by yourself. But any operational dysfunctional won’t be held responsible by our Service Providers and shoptech.com.bd itself.

How long will the service take?

After proper diagnosis is provided, a vetted technician will start servicing accordingly. The service time will take upto 2 hours depending on work scope and hardware availability

Is there a waiting time for Home Services?

Yes, our home service calls can be scheduled within 4 hours lead time. However, emergency orders will be served depending on technicians availability

What if they damage something or something wrong happens to my laptop during/after service?

Our professional Service Providers have expert and skilled technicians. If anything goes wrong after availing this service through Shoptech.com.bd. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Shoptech.com.bd, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made. However, your complaint for any pre-damaged problems will not be considered.

Do I have to pay any charge if I don't take any service?

If you don’t avail any service after provided technician reaches at your doorstep then you only have to pay the visiting charge which is BDT 100.

Warranty: Shoptech.com.bd gives 7 days of service warranty. However, warranty on consumable materials/parts are as per manufacturer.

Cancellation: If you cancel the service after provided technicians reached at your doorstep then you just have to pay BDT 100 as visiting charge.  

Safety Measures: Customer will be solely responsible for their personal material and the safety of household resources.
